By Shelly Perry  in Portland, OR

The word "science" comes to us by way of old French and is a derivative of the Latin word for knowledge, "scientia," which comes from "scio," meaning "I know."

Now what I know is that you are probably wondering what any of this has to do with a photo theme. Fair enough.

Excuse me for asking, but...

When was the last time you pocketed an extra $10,469 -- money you used to send to the government for taxes -- on your writing business?

Don't forget to consider the Rule of Thirds, which you can read up on here: http://tinyurl.com/343f8j

... and keep proper exposure in mind, too. You'll find another article about that here: http://tinyurl.com/2lak9l

I hope to meet you in Austin this week!
